This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of landscape design services provided by Realstoreauthent.

Service Nature

Landscape design services are custom, professional services tailored to each client's specific needs. As such, these services are considered completed upon delivery of design plans, documentation, and consultation services as specified in the service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service agreement under the following conditions:

Before Work Commences: If cancellation occurs before any design work has begun, a full refund of any deposits paid will be provided, minus any administrative fees as specified in the service agreement.
After Work Commences: If cancellation occurs after design work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and materials provided. The client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Service cancellation before work commencement
Failure to deliver services as specified in the service agreement
Material breach of contract by Realstoreauthent

Refunds will not be provided for:

Completed design work that has been delivered to the client
Client change of mind after work has commenced
Disagreement with design concepts after approval stages
Third-party installation issues unrelated to design services

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must:

Submit a written refund request to Realstoreauthent within 14 days of service delivery or cancellation
Provide details of the service agreement and reason for refund request
Allow up to 30 business days for review and processing

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Revision Policy

All service packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in the service agreement.

Modifications to Services

Realstoreauthent reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. In such cases, clients will be notified, and appropriate refunds or service alternatives will be provided.
